The following information should help you in your quest to gather knowledge about your Austin, Texas show date. These forms are a starting point for you to begin your advance and understanding of the Austin Music Hall. Directions	From IH-35 take the 6th Street exit. Go west on Sixth Street until you reach Nueces Street. Go left on Nueces Street and go two blocks until you see the Austin Music Hall, at the intersection of Third Street and Nueces Street. Parking is on the North side of the building in a gravel parking lot. Click here to see a map.
Production Parking	Flat parking lot is located on the North side of the building. The loading dock can accomodate three (3) trucks at one time but the fire lane (closest truck to the building) must be cleared by door time, due to fire code restictions. The fire lane can be filled once the show is over. Check with the production manager about this restriction. The parking lot can accomodate two semi-trucks and three buses. Additional parking is located across the street, approx. 150 feet away. Parking for 2 buses is also available in the south alley along the Music Hall. Prior arrangements for this parking area must be made with the Production Manager. For guests attending an event, the state parking garage located on Nueces Street between 3rd and 4th Street is $5.00 after 6 pm Monday thru Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Load-In Description	Load-in is a truck level dock with a 70 foot push to a 4 foot high stage. There is a 14 foot in-house aluminum ramp available for the ramp to stage push. The loading dock and floor level are the same. The loading doorway is 7 feet tall and 8 feet wide.
Capacities	The following capacities are estimations based on the square footage of the venue. Items such as dance floors, decorations, buffets, auction tables, etc. will decrease these capacities. Please consult the production manager or the manager on duty as to what level these capacities have been decreased. Standing Room Only - 3000 Picnic-Style Dining at 8' banquet tables - 1200 Formal Dining at 60" round tables - 900 Classroom or Conference-Style Seating - 600 Theater-Style Seating - 2100
Stage	Width: 44' Wing Size: 8' x 8' (may be struck at load-in) Depth: 28' (the last two feet of the upstage edge may not be flown over) Height: 4' (from floor to stage) Trim Height: — From stage to lowest point: 21'4" — From stage to highest point: 23'
Rigging	Each point is 2,000 lbs. (The entire grid has a max load of 16,000 lbs.) Lights: Flown Sound: Stacked or Flown Scissor lift is used for offstage points and focus. Single man lift is used for onstage points and focus.
Power	Service 1: 200 Amp 3 Phase Bare Wire (located stage right, ten feet from stage) Service 2: 400 Amp 3 Phase Cam-Lock (located house left, 100 feet from stage) Shore Power: 2- 60 Amp Single Phase Bare Wire Services (located at loading dock) Power is also distributed around the Hall in the form of 110 Volt Edison Outlet Quad boxes.
FOH	From stage: 80' (floor level, or house risers available) Width: 12' Depth: 16' - 20'
Spot Lights	Spot lights for Austin Music Hall events are rented from Midnight Lighting. Please inform the Production Manager about your spot light needs in advance. Titan spots are recommended, and power for four spots are available.
House Lights Position	Located 20 feet behind mix position, run by FOH manager on house radio

Labor/Stagehands	Entertainment Workforce to Austin Staging and Production
Backdrop	A 44' pleated black fabric backdrop is permanently rigged on the upstage edge. It hangs 24" from the back wall and creates a cross over along the upstage edge. The backdrop may be removed or additional draping may be added, but only with the Production Manager's permission.
Barricade	Stage: Steel MOJO barricade is used along the downside edge at extra cost. FOH Mix: 8' bicycle barricade is used to secure the FOH mix position at extra cost.
Dressing Rooms	1. Located stage left, full shower and toilet, accomodates 6-8 people 2. Located stage left, no bathroom facilities, accomodates 4 people 3. Located stage right, full shower and toilet, accomodates 6-8 people All dressing rooms are furnished with tables, black leather couches, carpets, and adequate lighting
Artist Production Office	A small (10' x 9') production office is located by the loading dock and attaches to Dressing Room "A." Please use the private link to obtain the three production office phone numbers.
Internet Connection	1) 1ISDN Line is available at extra cost. 2) Cable Modem - Wireless LAN systems available upon request at extra cost. 3) Analog phone lines are placed throughout the Hall and may be used at extra cost.
